Common foot conditions

Corns and Calluses
Thickened or hardened areas of skin caused by pressure or friction. These can be painful when walking or standing. We safely remove corns and calluses and advise on prevention strategies.
Ingrown Toenails
A common condition where the edge of the toenail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, swelling, and sometimes infection. We provide effective management, including minor procedures when needed.
Fungal Nail and Skin Infections
Infections like athlete’s foot or fungal toenails can cause discolouration, thickening, and discomfort. Our clinic provides treatment plans to eliminate infection and restore healthy nails and skin.
Plantar Fasciitis & Heel Pain
Inflammation of the tissue along the bottom of the foot can cause sharp heel pain, especially in the morning. We assess, diagnose, and provide targeted treatments and exercises to relieve discomfort.
Achilles Tendonitis
Pain and stiffness in the Achilles tendon, often caused by overuse or poor footwear. We offer strategies for pain relief, stretching, strengthening, and supportive orthotics.
Diabetic Foot Complications
People with diabetes are at higher risk of foot ulcers, nerve damage, and poor circulation. Routine screening and early treatment are essential to prevent serious complications.
Verrucas and Plantar Warts
Painful viral growths on the soles of the feet. We offer safe clinic-based treatments to remove or reduce verrucas and advise on preventing recurrence.
Biomechanical or Gait-Related Issues
Problems with walking or running that can cause pain in the feet, knees, hips, or lower back. Assessments help identify underlying causes and guide orthotics, exercises, or footwear solutions.
General Foot Pain & Discomfort
Ongoing aches, stiffness, or tenderness in the feet, toes, or heels. Our podiatrists evaluate the cause and offer treatments, exercises, and advice to restore comfort and mobility.
